- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 cups raspberries
-Place sugar in a shallow pan and warm in a 250°F (120°C) oven for 15 minutes.
-Place raspberries in a saucepan. Bring to a full boil over high heat, while mashing the berries with a potato masher.
-Boil for 1 minute, constantly mixing.
-Add warm sugar, return to a boil for 5 minutes. Mixture will form a gel.
